TripCircle Terms, Privacy & Safety Policies

1. Overview

Trip Circle is a technology platform that connects travelers with other users for social interaction, travel companionship, and local experiences.

We are NOT:

• A travel agency
• A tour operator
• A transportation provider
• A matchmaking or dating service

We only facilitate connections between users.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Have legal capacity to enter contracts

3. User Responsibility & Safety

You acknowledge:

• All interactions are voluntary and at your own risk
• You are solely responsible for travel decisions
• You are solely responsible for meeting other users
• You are solely responsible for personal safety

Trip Circle does NOT supervise or control interactions.

4. No Background Checks

We may use verification tools, but we DO NOT guarantee:

• Identity accuracy
• Criminal background
• User behavior

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trip Circle LLC, including its founders José Aliaga and Troy Coffin, or its Chief Technology Officer Noah Evans, are NOT liable for:

• Personal injury or death
• Assault, harassment, or criminal acts
• Travel-related accidents
• Financial losses
• Emotional distress
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

EVEN IF we were advised of potential harm.

6. Assumption of Risk

You expressly agree:

“I understand and accept all risks associated with meeting individuals, traveling, and participating in activities arranged through Trip Circle.”

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Harass or harm others
• Engage in illegal activities
• Offer escorting or prostitution services
• Scam or defraud users

Violation may result in immediate account termination.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Trip Circle a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and promote that content as necessary to operate and market the platform.

9. Disputes Between Users

Trip Circle is NOT responsible for disputes between users.

You agree:

• Not to hold Trip Circle liable
• To resolve disputes independently

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless:

• Trip Circle LLC
• José Aliaga
• Troy Coffin
• Noah Evans

From claims resulting from:

• Your actions
• Your use of the platform
• Your interactions with other users
• Your violation of these Terms

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, including for violations of these Terms or conduct that creates risk for Trip Circle or its users.

12. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of:

State of Michigan, USA

We DO NOT sell your personal information.

4. Location Data

Your location may be used to:

You may disable location services through your device settings, although some features may no longer function properly.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards.

No system is 100% secure, and Trip Circle cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. User Control

You may:

• Delete your account
• Request deletion of certain personal information
• Manage device permissions

7. Children

Trip Circle is strictly limited to users who are 18 years of age or older.

8. Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of Trip Circle after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Trip Circle does NOT guarantee your safety or the behavior of other users.

You agree:

• You are responsible for your own decisions

• You understand that online and offline interactions involve risk

No Liability

Trip Circle is NOT responsible for:

• Harm caused by other users
• Offline interactions
• Travel incidents
• Criminal acts
• Personal injuries
• Property loss
• Financial loss

By using Trip Circle, you agree:

“I voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel, social interaction, participating in activities, and meeting individuals through this platform.”

You release:

From claims related to:

• Injury
• Death
• Loss
• Damages
• Emotional distress
• Travel incidents
• Offline interactions
• Conduct by other users
